Hi. One of the most impacted places for me to be is at school. I have been sleeping in because I'm so tired. Last night or this morning has been the only exception where I've been having problems staying asleep. I show up to school so tired and during class I feel mindless because all I think about is my depressive thoughts. I write notes down but nothing makes sense. I don't know what is going on. I can't even do school work because I'm so unmotivated. I have been a straight As student since grade 9 and this is final year and I'm scared about my depression ruining my university chances. I am late on only one assignment so far. It's going to be two on Wednesday most likely. I told the school since I have had an IEP since grade 10 and they want to help me try to get better but I don't know how long this is going to be. They want me to see them daily for check ins, see the social worker, and see guidance. I'm just done with this. I wish it was gone. I mainly want to sleep even though I can't fall asleep easily.

Rant above.

Actual question other than rant: how does one do school with depression? This is moderate-severe. I don't know what my doctor wrote down for sure. I'll ask when I see her next. I just know it isn't mild for sure from the screening or questionnaire my doctor made me do.

Thanks.
