Hello Alchemilla: I'm sorry you are having such a difficult time.

I don't know about little things that will help with this.

I'm no longer on psych med's nor do I see a therapist. Things I do include: walking meditation, taking our dog for walks, listening to soft music including chant from various spiritual traditions. I always wake up every morning pretty "down-in-the-mouth", as the saying goes.

I drag myself into the bathroom & take a shower & that helps get me going too. Oh... & I also drink black tea in the morning. So I suppose the caffeine helps a bit too...
