long story short been at the same job for the last 15 years. i should know my job inside out but the last year or so i have been making more errors than i normally should.. i know last year the reason why, so this year i decided it would be a fresh start.
2 weeks ago, my work was audited it came back error free, today the team leader audited my work and emailed me back 4 errors, one was very minor and won't really count, but the other 3 were either i rushed through them, or i wasn't paying attention.
my manager keeps emphazing you need to pay more attention to detail, i get that... i don't maybe i am anxious subconsioulsy and that is causing me to make mistakes i normally should not be making.
i have to be so honest i am so bored of this job, grateful to have a job, but doing the same thing over and over again is becoming very monontatous. she said how can i recommend you for other positions in the company if you are making errors

right now my confidence is at all time low. i guess i really need to slow down, double check everything and take my time even if it slows down my productivity which she complains about periodically too, it seems i cant win with her either way. ((sigh))
