hey. i can relate to having trouble getting out of bed and cleaning and stuff. i am also quite excellent at wasting time and procrastinating. it doesnt mean you are lazy, and in my opinion telling someone who thinks this way to "just do it" may be well meaning but is probably about as helpful as telling someone who struggles with weight to "just eat less and exercise more". its not nearly that simple!

here is a great article on procrastination by tim urban. i think he also did this topic as a ted talk:
part 1: Why Procrastinators Procrastinate - Wait But Why
part 2: How to Beat Procrastination - Wait But Why

i can relate to it a lot but still suck at doing much about it. ah well. such is being me.
also- i know several weeks ago i just felt sort of blah and bored and stuff, and wondered if it was low level depression or just me in a rut. And it turns out it was the beginning of a depression and it creeped up on me and escalated and is now kicking my ***. so just be watchful.

as for actually getting yourself to do stuff, sorry i dont have any grand solutions. i go to work bc i have to. stuff i dont have to do is much harder to motivate to do. But i agree that maybe completely shaking up your routine is a good plan to try out.
good luck. i feel you on this.
