I would discuss this with the Dr that prescribed you the meds, if you haven't already. If it's not working for you it may be time to adjust dosage or try a new med.

Have you tried Mindfulness/Grounding techniques? They are supposed to help with anxiety. I've has some success with some of them, but am bad at sticking with them and recognizing when I need to start using them.
