Unions are great and people who have them as an option are truly lucky. Had I had one at my last job, well......best for me to not even consider the what-if's. People are so utterly heartless. You have to have a union or lawyers to get any fair treatment in this world. People don't just do the right thing, you have to force them. It's sickening.
