Feeling more able to concentrate with 30mg of Ritalin today. Helps me study which encouraged me. I guess i will be weaning off over about 2 weeks and see how I go. I will try to stick to 30mg for now (I can have up to 40mg a day). I think I was addicted as I craved it so much yesterday and had been over-using it before.
