I don't know, perhaps I have given you this advice before...
Have you evaluated your behaviour in an effort to try and understand where the difficulty lies? What about your behaviour is making socializing difficult? As uncomfortable this makes me say, it must be addressed - what are you doing that puts off the people around you?
I believe I have suggested to you in the past that you need to observe other people's behaviour as a model for your own. What makes them socially successful? What is it they do and say? How do they go about doing it and most importantly how do they conduct themselves regarding non verbal communication?
What efforts have you made to do these things?
Only you can make the changes necessary. It will take work.
