Hello Ohxpoorxme: I'm sorry you are feeling so isolated. Hopefully coming here to PC can be of some comfort & support.

One thing, here on PC, that may help is to participate in some of the "chats" where you can interact with other members in real time.

You'll need to have 5 posts reviewed & approved before you can take part in these. But that is easily accomplished. Here's a link to the event calendar:

As far as meetings & that sort of thing in your area goes, the only thing I could suggest would be to contact any mental health organizations in your area & ask what might be available. Of course if you're in a metropolitan area there are likely to be more options available than if you're in a small town or a rural area. You could also call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline 1 (800) 273-8255. One doesn't have to be suicidal to call. They advertise they're there to help with any problem. And I believe, when you call, your call is routed to a crisis intervention service in your area. So they may know what, if anything, might be available. Perhaps other members, here on PC, will have some other suggestions as well.
I see this is your first post here on PC. So...

to PsychCentral… from the Skeezyks!

May the time you spend here be of benefit.
PsychCentral is a great place to get information as well as support for mental health issues. The more you post, & reply to other members’ posts, the more a part of the community you will become.

Plus there are social groups you can join & (again) chat rooms where you’ll be able to connect with other PC members in real time (once your first 5 posts have been reviewed & approved.) Lots of great stuff! So please keep posting!
