some things i do:
take naps
get massages
read
take my dogs for walks
eat good food
exercise
swim laps
paint my toe nails
surround myself with happy people
read my Bible. pray
listen to my favorite songs
after a long day at work, i make sure i have peace and quiet
email my therapist whats on my mind
