Certain scents calm me so I use lavender essential oil on clothes or spray on something that is soothing. I also find applying lotion quite calming. I keep hand cream in bag and apply when anxious. Lush has a massage bar called Tender is the Night and massaging it into my hands can help - but I also know their products are not exactly cheap and less expensive options work too...
