I don't know about you, but sometimes my fear about NOT being ok makes me feel more anxious! It's a never-ending cycle.

Sometimes caring for ourselves means allowing ourselves to feel sad or scared. Not to say we should wallow in it, but rather we should allow ourselves permission to "not be ok." This is especially important for you as I believe you are trying so hard to be strong for your younger siblings.

Just giving myself permission to feel these emotions tends to provide some relief.
