And do you think it helps? Why or why not?
My therapist does CBT with me, and after not seeing much improvement we are now focusing on ACT and mindfulness to see if that works better for me. I'm not sure how I feel about it, but I am willing to try anything to feel better so I hope it works.
I don't know much about other types of therapy so if you would be willing to explain the basics of the type of therapy you do I would appreciate that! But I can always google it too
