I've become far better at managing my outwards symptoms. When I first started it was a struggle to manage my thoughts and emotions from minute to minute. And while its become second nature to interrupt my natural thought process they are still there, so I'm not sure I'm better.
Plus I now feel like two people the one I was before and someone closer to what every one else is who watches my other half all the time to make sure I don't mess up.
Those few individuals who knew me before think I'm better though. So I guess thats something.
