Everybody's body is different of course. But from my experience Seroquel and Latuda (more so Latuda) are the meds least likely to cause weight gain. My psychiatrist in eating disorder treatment told me that, so I would trust her since she would be more sensitive to weight gain/loss. She put me on Latuda, and I did gain weight, but that was probably because I was on a refeeding meal plan in treatment for Anorexia, so...grain of salt.
