I've done a decent amount of CBT and DBT in the past, which has been really helpful with certain things. Current T is more eclectic- she'll pull out some CBT stuff when I need it, but I think one of her research areas of interest is in REBT (rational emotive behavior therapy or something like that) and it seems line up with what I've gotten from her in session. I like it and find it helpful, whatever she's doing. I'm sure she does other methods too, but I'm not sure what they are.
