I have a memory of a certain incident I sometimes re-play in my mind while realizing it could have easily resulted in death and while wondering why I had not thoughtfully avoided it in the first place -- I know at least part of that answer -- and also wondering whether I might ever again find myself having fallen into that same kind of situation. So, maybe you are just wishing there could be some kind of re-do or maybe just wanting to possibly discover any kind of way to assure that kind of incident is never repeated.
