Too sick to eat anything but soup for the past couple months. An occasional solid meal but it just makes me sicker. Need to get back to eating well like I used to but been too sick and hubby doesn't cook. We've decided that our plan is to ALL learn to cook. I've been teaching my kids how for a few years but they can never remember how unless I'm there to instruct so I imagine it's all going to take some time before I can expect meals to be made when I'm too sick to participate. We've all been living on convenience foods for a few years and my health is declining. I just need to hit the lotto so I can hire a professional cook. I plan to make some homemade soup as the sodium content in the soup I'm eating has me so swollen. Improving my and my families diet is one of my top priorities right now.
