We move pretty much the same number of posts every month; we have reports tracking these things, so I can say that with some confidence.

We mostly move things out of Other Mental Health because people are not reading the "Read me first" post sticky in that forum and are posting there anyway -- even when there's a topical forum for their post. Nearly all of the posts we move fit better in one of the topical forums for the subject the member posted about, and that's why they are moved.
