Through PsychCentral, I think you can only have one blog because it uses your PsychCentral nickname and you only have one of those :-)

Yes, I would just title your blog whatever you wanted and then, each day or however often you wanted, add a new "page". I think there's even a relevant theme under "Presentation"; the "Notebook" theme.
