Is it important for you to understand what is happening with you internally and what you are experiencing, or is it more important to you to find peace and diffuse it?

I'm not sure if that made sense or not. I have an analytical part that feels like it HAS to make sense of this and figure it out. It's like a machine that terrorizes the other parts of me.

Just curious. This is a very hard place!!
