I just wanted to say that I've been exploring the whole site, and I'm so excited about the never ending wealth of information and interesting self-help tools here. I too have a real problem with low self-esteem and believe it to be the root of most if not all of my problems and issues. I'm looking forward to spending a great deal of time in this forum when I have more time.
