I have a love hate thing going on with mine. They helped save my son's life, but only after first ignoring his symptoms for far too long. They saved my moms life twice, but again, only after almost killing her with neglect....and what I've been through and just recently learned about my health issues and pain, it seems I was a victim of this neglect also and may have lost years of my livelihood as a direct consequence of their negligent care. I don't think insurance companies have our best interests at heart at all.
