State overseerers as to foster care program is per county and caseworkers have a heavy load.When you learn Name and address with box number ,,,,Write out details including case numbers so they can more readilly access case. Then give a written deposition as you would be able to testify if under oath in any proceeding that might hence forth be determined . Keep copies for your self in case you have to refer back . Make it as detailed as you know and not what some one has told you. Most of the time the system has time constraints in so far as answering inqueries as a matter of fact in all things ,,not just foster care .So GOOD LUCK and be a diligent ccollector of records before you write your letters .. For the simple fact these are already recorded in the record for this childs past ,present and future , ( Just a few suggestions )
