Thanks Theresa, it's nice to know I'm not alone in this, I've been taking clonazepam now and it helped a bit, but back to an hour sleep again now... So much for that solution, but they're increasing my aripiprazole for reasons unknown to me. Basically doing everything I'm told now to avoid getting sectioned. Still feels like sleep is the only problem.
