....and told me his office lost my chart. 7 years worth of medical info. He has no idea where it went. Says he lost about 10 charts in all. Thinks maybe a janitor shredded it? Yeah, right...blame it on the custodian.

With everything else going on right now, I just laughed my *** off. He told me he was happy I was taking the news so well. He didn't want me to be surprised when I come for my appt. tomorrow and get asked to complete all new patient paperwork.
