Well I didn't do so well this week, kinda just ate what I wanted and had some beers. I logged into my fitness pal though. Will see what Monday's weigh in shows. I also only made it to the gym 2 days. Plan on going 5 days next week. I'm still pretty sore from Thursdays workout, my friend that's showing me the ropes had been working out for over 20 years do I'm getting good training, hope I can sit k with it.
