Hi. I am sorry you are going through such hell. My comment here is regarding the anger you seem to hold. Just try to make sure this doesn't rub off by transference on your children. It is really important they don't witness this anger or be drawn into it. I suppose this is something your therapist is already raising for discussion. In the meantime, you seem rather brave as you face this turmoil.
