I might be starting on vraylar in June. I have might have to switch from invega due to high prolactin which caused weight gain and prediabetes. I've come here a few times looking for information on vraylar but not many people seem to have used it, so you may not get any replies about that. But I do think you still have hope. You will need to change your diet if you're diabetic, but it's doable! I changed my diet (low carb) in January. I've fallen off and eaten lots of carbs in the last ten days but I'm ready to go back to it tomorrow. Low carb is not as hard as it seems. But you don't necessarily have to go low carb, just start making healthier choices. I know it seems overwhelming but it's not that bad.
