metformin helps some people. I read some abstracts online of small studies in which they used high doses of high potency antioxidants and that helped (alpha lipoic acid, I think).

Seroquel can be rough. A switch a roo might be one option. I think the older tranquilizers generally don't cause as many metabolic problems, and some can be surprisingly tolerable if dosed carefully. There's always abilify and the newer d2 partial agonists, latuda, geodon...

Anyway, I'm glad you're getting labs done. Good to stay on top of these things, and it sounds like you have a thorough doctor.
