It's hard, this whole ending thing, I've tried to do it recently with my t, ended up taking a break, then I missed the relationship (I see now) and some stuff came up with my family and I went back. We talked about it more... and she said something like "certainly it's ok to stop when you've gotten everything you came for. But it could go on for you, for another 5, 10, 15 years.... you may still be in therapy on your deathbed." I am sure I looked at her in horror at that comment - I do not want to be in therapy for the rest of my life!!
