Welcome!!!! I am so sorry for you loss only three months ago. That must be very difficult to say the least. It does sound like you have mania and psychosis. I have had them before and to me I was FINE, just great but it turned on me and went dark. You need sleep at least. If the Seroquel isn't helping maybe something else might. I am just worried you will put yourself at risk if the situation gets worse. Keep posting. You are welcome here.
