Try this link Optimism Mental Health Apps for Self-Tracking for the apps for optimism. I never used it on my phone so I have no idea how well that app works. I did use it on my iPad occasionally. It was okay, but I preferred to use the internet version on my computer as that was the version with more options and was most user friendly.
