I need to check my lamotrigine dosage, but so far it doesn't help me at all with this kind of impulsivity. It only keeps me from getting hypomaniac.

My two cents here: while mood affects it, I feel like my impulsivity doesn't have to do with it. I'll be impulsive either hypomaniac or depressed, but will react differently in each situation... or at least feel like I'm acting differently. I can pretty much say my mood swings and my impulsive reactions are two different things.
