I like moodtracker.com. I've been using it on and off for the past few years. Sometimes I look back. I like how it maps out your sleep patterns, mood changes (it even gives you the ability to choose 'mixed mood' which is especially helpful for those of us with BP), and it gives you a free space to journal, and you can keep it private. It's therapeutic.
