i know i havent been posting recently but i ve been really busy and also not in a place to post. i have been reading a lot though and doing my best to keep up with posts (which is not very good... )
i also know i already posted this link a while ago in the health forum but i wanted to post it again here because it is already november 26th. and that will make sense if you click on the link.
