I'm in a strange condition, at least new for me.
I use to have 2 types of episodes: "small ones" of 3-4 days, when anguish peks out just a little and quickly subsides. And "big ones" which normally last 3-4 weeks and range from severe to devastating.
Now last week I was feeling a small one, an anguish which I can control, and that is not strong enough to induce complete anhedonia. But now it's ten days and it doesn't go away. It's always lurking there, unable to knock me down as usual, but obstinated to remain.
Anybody can relate to this experience?
