Quetiapine made my hand shake (and gave me blood clots), Depakote didn't and now I'm on Lithium the shake's back. It's not too bad but seems to kick in when I'm typing which is annoying. I've also developed an occasional twitch in my leg but my doc doesn't seem too concerned about it.
