Hi TBunny, I keep that vision of who I want to be fresh in my mind, but at the same time I try to appreciate and like who I am at the moment. Sometimes, it is tough to keep working on myself, but it helps to chat about it here on PC. Seems like I always get encouragement from other PC members. Having weekly therapy also helps. Each week I know I need to be prepared to work on something, so it keeps me thinking about things during the week. I also read a lot of recovery oriented literature to help stay focused on getting better. I hope you are having a good night!
