Let's start off from the beginning of this dilemma: I had major corrective surgery for my cerebral palsy, we planned it and my teachers knew prior. I was in the hospital and rehab for four weeks total out of school three months. My school did not help me at all with my classes and I self taught most subjects because they wouldn't respond to our emails. I got back to school two weeks ago and they throw a test at me that I had self taught on in January I got a C! Then I found out a test for another class where the teacher didn't communicate with me gave me C as well! I went from an A and a B to two Cs. My mom and I expressed our concerns and nobody listened, instead they blamed me, "oh you should have gotten a friend to FaceTime into my lectures... I would've recommended to someone else to drop the class but you're a perfectionist so you wouldn't do that" I HAVE NO FRIENDS IN HIS CLASS! My other teacher told me nothing.. my case manager told me those grades don't matter and that I deserve them.. the hell? I'm sorry that I gave up half of my school year to better myself with a surgery that will change my life! How can they blame me?!
