I was "dressed" for court and "ready to do whatever I had to do" to help my friend and her children, they were in serious danger from her ex and she had been court-ordered to hand the children over to him for the weekend. We were seeking help in keeping the children safe ( and also wanted to document the danger and document a request for court assistance due to the danger).
She could then do whatever she had to do, as her emergency request for help was "on file" at the court house .
What was I thinking?
I have no idea how I did this. I was lucky I was never caught or charged for impersonating an attorney.
Shocked myself. My pdoc thought it was funny.

Not so bad as this but in a similar vein. I had gone shopping at a downtown department store that was having one of their 90% off clothing sales. Cause back then I was size 2 there was lots of stuff left I could fit. One of the things I bought was a very expensive off white linen suit with a deep dusky rose button down shirt. ( it was the 80's--very short skirts for females with odd pastel colors) so anyway I was clip clopping along in the business district and noticed a sign for help wanted. ( I know nothing about working in offices, I can't even type) not sure what the name of the position but I decided it would be fun to have a higher paying job and went in. Completely ******** my way though the interview and was hired on the spot! Never showed up for the work and pretty sure most of the reason I was hired had to do with the suit and my open flirting.
