I know all the pressure from supervisor is all negative for a bad reason. You have 15 years at one job thats what the problem is. I could be wrong. The three best qualitys of a worker you have. Thats awesome keep your head up focus on your work everyone makes mistakes at work no matter how long you have worked there. Do you really want to start over. You must have vacation time and other benefits that have a lot of hard work behind them. Don't throw it all away because of the supervisor. She won't recommend you because your a good worker.
