I personally cannot take ssri's without an AP on board because I go manic. But with the right AP I'm fine. But, blue, can you trust yourself to be honest if you do start to go manic on anAD? I know you had trouble with misusing adderall. I think an AD is worth a try but you have to be willing to be honest with yourself and your pdoc if you start to get too high.
