thanks eyeclosed for your response. it's not just me, she picks on alot of us in the dept. so it's reassuring to know its not me.

yes i have been there longer but there is alot of changes happening our dept, and we are all going to be learning new stuff or doing new things....so she has no right to compare.

yes it would be hard to start over, i get 4 weeks off in a year.... unlimited sick days to extent, thankfully i don't get sick that often, and good benefits... that is why i feel kinda of stuck right now...

and at the same time this is not something i want to do this for the rest of my life either. sigh.....
