Im not going to lecture...I had awful reaction to wellbutrin and effexor together-16yrs ago. Pdoc kept telling me,husband that i just had to get used to it,get better. I was crawling out of my skin,scared,agitated,clockwatching afraid world going to end panic attack-called md like every hour-no help.
I finally calld other family-went to ER, had give me ativan,checked myself into hospital..my choice to try get off wellbutrin while trying get new med on board.
So,no lecture...just maybe a suggestion not to just take yourself off suddenly-sometimes we crash...i know you probably dont want to go to ER or urgent care...but maybe you can-so they will call your pdoc/help to get med changed-because it will be another doc calling pdoc...just a suggestion-hang in there..
