I also went like 15 years without meds and now that I look back there was some destruction in my path that I feel guilty about, I thought I could handle my moods on my own, but after Christmas I had a small breakdown and said HELP, I am so glad I did because now I feel better for it, glad you asked for help there is no shame in that! We all need a helping hand!
