"Hellbutrin" as another poster called it, made me manic to the point of psychosis. I was full of rage and had angry outbursts that made no sense, as well as severe paranoia. It was a miserable experience and I took myself off of it, which turned me into a weepy hot mess but that was better than feeling like I could kill somebody. I wasn't seeing a pdoc at the time, but I got a referral to one because my primary care provider believed I had something more serious than he could handle. He was right.
