I did not have to work today so I spent my day hiding in my room with my thoughts. I have a decision I need to make concerning a relationship, my decision is going to break me. So I spent time thinking on that then went for a walk with my daughter, was cool out but the sun felt good. Then I bought some yougurt and here I am. I should probably take my night time meds and go to sleep.
