Wait, I just re-read your post and saw you mention your case manager. Gather the pitchforks and torches, because this whole thing is ridiculous. I'd tell your parent to find an advocate familiar with Wisconsin law to bring to the meeting you need to have ASAP. Pretty sure your school is out of compliance.
There's a lot of recent information in the passage above about my situation. My mom tried to get the school to conform but nobody responded to her and neither will the DYI or our super attendant. Never in my life have I felt so alone, afraid, lost and almost hopeless..
