I have cried more today than my whole life I think.......I have none left....a build up of anxiety caused it and so much guilt for me being like this and putting my family through this hell illness...I started (or my illness did)to think my children depised me, they came in tonight and hugged me so tight and a cloud lifted and a light went on.....how powerful is a little love???????

My spirits have lifted.....crying, hugging......fantastic release
